The design for the Vista Center, the new LEED Platinum office tower in Trenton and the city’s largest commercial development in decades were unveiled by Daniel R. Brenna Jr. of Capital Real Estate Group and architects RMJM.
The transit-oriented development would have a 25-storey office building, a ground-level retail space,a parking garage and two public art components - a plaza with a signature sculpture and lobby with a video art installation. It is located directly adjacent to the Trenton Transit Center, considered the second busiest train station on New Jersey's Northeast Corridor.
