SOLD!

As I sit down to write this post I am letting out a breath that I have been holding for a very long time. Last night I consulted the blog archives to find that we first put the condo on the market on August 6, 2008. While we did take it off the market for 2 months when Jake was born, we've pretty much been consumed with condo sale for the past two years. Today we can enjoy the relief of having sold our condo!

At 1:16pm, our lawyer emailed saying words that have never sounded so good "The deed has been recorded and you are officially no longer the owner!" I almost can't believe that we are no longer home owners! I haven't even talked to Chris since getting that email, but I know that he is on cloud 9 as well! We will be having a big celebration for sure! Hopefully the next part of the process (finding our next home) is not as stressful as selling this home was!
